Fifty years ago, the Northern Kingdom fell in a single night of blood and ash. The Shade family, true human wolf hybrids whose ageless genetics keep them in their physical prime, had ruled for more than two centuries before the Western Pack betrayed them during a sacred bonding ceremony. A Reed spy poisoned the ceremonial wine, leaving the Shade wolves unable to defend themselves as the Reed dynasty swept through the fortress and killed ten thousand wolves, including King John Shade and his Luna, Queen Lorraine. Their son, twenty‑year‑old Ernest Shade, survived only because he had shifted with his betas during the full moon and spent two days running and hunting far from the kingdom. When Ernest, Julian, Toby, and Marcus returned, they sensed danger long before they reached the gates. They approached quietly, moving through the shadows to avoid being seen, and discovered the fortress already under Reed control. With no way to fight back, they fled into the wilderness and, without knowing it existed, stumbled upon Fairfield Village, a hidden sanctuary sealed inside a magical time loop where time stands still and where anyone with a dark heart cannot see or cross its barrier. Within that loop lives Felicity Night, a twenty‑year‑old Alpha with no pack and an ancient lineage of witch and werewolf. Her dark blue hair threaded with natural silver, her glowing silver eyes, and the power she carries mark her as the strongest member of the future pack she has yet to form. For more than five centuries, Fairfield Village has protected the pure‑hearted and remained invisible to the wicked. When Ernest and Felicity meet, two heirs of shattered legacies must face the truths that destroyed their worlds and the destiny waiting for them inside the village where time never moves.
