When people in a snowy village near Antarctica begin mysteriously disappearing every winter, the Missing People Department (MPD) launches an investigation. Their search leads them to Dr. David, a mad scientist who uses a special watch-controlled toy car to carry out his strange plan. As the MPD follows clues, discovers hidden gadgets, and uncovers the truth, they must stop the scientist and rescue the missing villagers before it's too late.
