Yeon Hyun is the disgraced heir of a banished clan, born with a shattered dantian, unable to wield even a trace of Qi. The day his own clan finally moves to cast him out, he learns his father’s death years earlier was no accident at all, and a fragment of fate strikes him and nearly kills him in that same instant. What he discovers instead: the power to see the structure of Qi that no one else can perceive. Hunted by the same men who once questioned his father before his death, will he uncover the truth and master this gift, until he becomes the first Heavenly Master in three hundred years?

Both levers trail the field
Traffic and conversion are both below comparable stories. Cadence is the first lever — stories posting near-daily reached 25 followers 17% of the time; stories posting every few days almost never did. Get the flow going, then re-check conversion.
Benchmarks: 8,060 active Royal Road stories, percentiles within the 2–4 chapters band, cohort of 2026-07-02. Conversion is measured as followers gained per 1,000 views lifetime.
