The world of mortals has never truly belonged to mortals alone. Beyond their cities and temples lie ancient spirit courts, kingdoms beneath the seas, realms among the clouds, and beings who have walked the earth long before mankind learned to write their names. For centuries, an uneasy balance has kept these worlds apart. Now, that balance is beginning to unravel. Their journey will carry them across mortal kingdoms and forgotten wildernesses, through celestial courts and spirit realms, where old grudges endure, ancient powers stir, and the line between friend and foe is rarely as simple as it seems.
