Dan Dalton is about to become a superhero. He has the power to copy other people's powers, and he adopts the moniker "Xero" as he tries to go from superhero fanboy to superhero. That's going to be more complicated than it seems, because there are bad guys out there, and he quickly learns that fighting them isn't always glamorous. The Xeroverse is a Lynchian deconstruction of superhero blockbusters. It kicks off with the film "Xero to Hero," which in another world is part of Phase 6 of the Empire Cinematic Universe (ECU), one of the most popular film franchises in the world. We begin with what seems like a fairly straightforward story right out of a contemporary superhero blockbuster, but things are gonna get weird and surreal before too long.
