The Gallowglass

Around three thousand years ago, an apex predator disappeared into an eternal slumber, leaving behind only sealed records and forgotten legends. Now, the world has changed. Monster hunting has become a common profession, new organizations have risen, and the ancient Gallowglass has been reduced to little more than a forgotten institution struggling to survive. Until one day, the Gallowglass headquarters is attacked. With nowhere left to run, Victoria Grace, the descendant of its founder, is forced to enter a sealed chamber that has remained untouched for thousands of years. Inside, she awakens something that should have remained forgotten. A young man with blonde hair rises from a bed, reaches for the revolver beside him, and asks a simple question: "What year is it?" He is Von Nyx. The Gallowglass's loyal hunter. A man who serves neither monsters nor humans. A predator created to hunt the supernatural. And after sleeping for 3,000 years, Von has no idea what kind of world he has awakened to. But one thing hasn't changed. He still loves hunting monsters.
