The First and Last Observer

Every story has a beginning. Sometimes, that beginning is clear. Sometimes, it is the moment everything familiar starts to feel different. For Jacen, the road ahead is unknown. He doesn't know where it will take him, what he will find along the way, or what kind of world lies beyond the places he has already seen. He has no map that can show him the way forward and no certainty that the answers he searches for even exist. All he can do is keep going. With every step, the journey continues to unfold before him. There will be places he has never seen, moments he could never have expected, and questions that may take far longer to answer than he ever imagined. But not every question needs to be answered at the beginning. Some stories take time to reveal themselves. Some paths cannot be understood until they have been walked. And some journeys begin long before the person taking them realizes where they are going. The First and Last Observer is the beginning of Jacen's story—a journey into the unknown, where every step forward brings him closer to something he has yet to understand. He doesn't know what awaits him. Neither will you. This is only the beginning.
