Two brothers forged in battle. An ancient power erased from history. A tragedy engineered to break an empire. Damian Reinhart is the calm, tactical Crown Prince of Valariya. Ronan Voss is a chaotic, axe-wielding berserker. Together, they are an unstoppable pair of prodigies whose overwhelming combat auras crush whole armies on the battlefield. But ancient relics and forgotten lore aren't what break Damian—it's what waits for him in the shadows of his own home. When Damian’s ancient black blade, Noctis, begins awakening forbidden memories of an erased civilization, hidden forces take notice. As unseen enemies manipulate events behind the scenes, Damian is pushed into an unthinkable sacrifice—one that shatters his mind and turns his loyalty into pure vengeance. Guided by grief and wielding a dark legacy, the prince slowly becomes the very monster history feared. Now, Ronan must face an impossible reality: to save the world, he may have to cut down the only man he ever called brother.
