Mark's life was just another happy, cushy living in the big city. He created AI models in his free time, worked a boring job that paid well, and his girlfriend loved him to bits. It all changed the day he was abducted by aliens, changed, remade into one of them. It turns out, Vaelira does not have the same sensibilities as normal humans, and even though she is rather obsessed with Mark, what's done is done. At least he's strong now, enough to subvert some rather backwards gender tropes. Ah, and his AI is now sentient and looking for him. Rather angry at that. And his gf moved on, which made the AI even more mad. Triangular love. Both LIs are a bit... unhinged but severely devoted.
