In the natural world of humans, Dosu Hana, a teen orphan, has a peculiar case; he can see spirits. Fumbling through the foster care system for 16 years, he was finally spotted by the eccentric school teacher Anna Koplowitz, who, like Dosu, can also see them. Now adopted by Anna, she explains the secret service F.A.S. (Folko Assassination Service), a secret organization in charge with handling supernatural activities, with beings deemed supernatural classified as Folko. Anna, seeing the potential of Dosu's power, recommends to him to try out. Living with Anna, he must come to terms with his eyes, and find his own truth in using them by Anna's instruction.
