Agon knew, sure and true, that he wasn't a good man. The wars had long twisted him into a predator wearing the skin suit of a man. He knew he was normal, even decent most of the time, up until he smelled blood. It was like an itch impossible to scratch. Despite it all, when Essence entered the planet and his limbs overflowed with vitality, he knew that the old order was done for and that people like himself would be left to pick up the pieces. Some took it in stride, others broke in fear. What he feared most of all though was those that would use it as a tool to meet their own twisted designs. The people who controlled his planet before the fall would not be so quick to relinquish their control. In fact, Agon wagered they'd rather throw it all away before doing so. Agon vowed that he'd kill them all for what they did to him.
