Bamberg, 1629. The witch trials are burning through the city. Sebastian Fischer is a blacksmith's son who wants nothing more than to save his mother from the pyre. But he's just a boy. He has no power. No allies. No chance. Until he finds Vepar. Vepar is one of the 72 — forgotten gods who still walk the edges of the world. Not the strongest. Not the weakest. But real. And willing to make a deal. Sebastian accepts. He gains abilities he doesn't fully understand. He hunts creatures that shouldn't exist. He does everything right. It's not enough. His mother burns. Grief becomes rage. Rage becomes purpose. Sebastian builds the Saviours — a cult of outcasts, witches, and broken people who've all lost someone to the trials. They're not here to save anyone. They're here to burn the system down. He's going to make sure the men who killed her never do it to anyone else again. Alchemy (later on) · A story about grief, rage, and what people become when they lose everything. What Not to Expect: · Fast-paced action from page one . Harem or anything similar  · A protagonist who wins every fight · Clear-cut good vs evil · Romance as a main focus (side plots only) · A "system" or LitRPG elements · Simple answers to complex problems
