Foundation City. The Tower at its center... and, according to legends, the entire city and the monolith that towered above it were fully encapsulated within another Tower... Not that Cameron knew much about that, or even the rest of the city, as his entire life was contained in one small district of the Outer Ring, right next to the barren Wastes that crept closer, inch by inch, year by year...
