Red's Requiem: The Last Descendant [Progression Fantasy]

Sealed away for 20 years Red is finally released, he has no understanding of the world around him. However, there was one thing that Red understood very clearly. Pain. Excruciating, indescribable, horrifying pain. He was in constant agony while he was sealed, pain was his only friend. Red is thrusted into an unfamiliar world, enlisted to fight a war he shouldn't be fighting. Red tries to find peace in this harsh world as he struggles against his own power that threatens to devour everything. One thing is certain, it's not up to fate. What to expect: 2000-2800 per chapter. Mon/Wed/Friday Childish MC who learns the world isn't a kind place, naive to shrewd. Non-linear power progression, there will be progress and setbacks. Conspiracies and schemes, not everything looks as it seems... Slow-burn romance, but don't get too attached! (quick draft all subject to change!)
