Some children are cursed, others are born with blessings, Red has both. Sealed away for 20 years Red is finally released, he has no understanding of the world around him. However, there was one thing that Red understood very clearly. Pain. Excruciating, indescribable, horrifying pain. He was in constant agony while he was sealed, pain was his only friend. Red is thrust into an unfamiliar world, enlisted to fight a war he shouldn't be fighting. Red's rare affinity granted him terrifying abilities, a power that could drown the entire continent in a sea of blood. The more Red killed the stronger he grew, power came at a cost. His victories left his body stronger but his mind grew increasingly more violent. Left unchecked, Red's wrath will gradually engulf everything he holds dear. Red tries to find peace in this harsh world as he struggles against his own power which threatens to devour everything. One thing is certain: it's not up to fate.
