Kayzen Ashbourne is living a quiet life studying genetics. That ends when a Rift appears above his town. The Ether Collider experiment is meant to be humanity's greatest triumph. Instead, it heralds the descent of the Akashic Records. The sky is tearing apart, dimensional rifts ravage the land and cities fall in hours.  Faced with an invasion of mutated beasts, Kayzen embarks on the path of a Warlock. His records give him the ability to weaponize DNA, allowing him to forge Hexes that drain blood, harvest skills, and curse apex predators to death from miles away. Accompanied by his glory-seeking crusader friend, Kayzen steps into the wilderness armed with his makeshift laboratory. Sentient calamities arise and aliens invade the realm, but in his eyes, all are specimens to be dissected. He will hunt them down, seize their records, and Hex the very dimension they come from. What to Expect: - A Warlock protagonist who’ll fight like one. - Record based progression with set rules. Unique paths for class and skill upgrades. - Roguelite Dimensional Rifts with LitRPG elements (Events, Artifacts, Safe Zones, Record upgrade / mutate / removal.) - A world built upon the foundation of Elemental theory and Luminiferous Ether. Mutated flora and fauna with abilities based on their IRL biological traits - No harem. No drama. No cliché confession/separation plots. Romance is subplot; it won’t derail, hinder, or slow down the main plot. MC and FMC are battle companions with mutual feelings, and they’ll always be together. Power couple & Banter dynamic. - Single POV, double-sized chapter at the end of each arc with an interlude section. - Hand-drawn maps for each arc (Trust me they get better!!)
