The Book of Kami: Records 1-17

Born as nothing and having lived as nothing, Kami was a creature of unknown origins who'd  suddenly been granted the body of a fox. With no manual, no directions and no clue as to what he should do, he had three things to his name: (i) His name itself, (ii) The author or his so-called companion who had left the records of his life behind and (iii) A strange and rather obsessive fixation with the number 17.
