A super-powered family goes looking for the truth behind America's first hero. What they find is a century of lies hiding one man who thought to teach compassion and another, who was only ever seeking a weapon. Join The Wrong Way Kids as they discover what really happened to usher in the age of heroes, and whose agenda it all truly serves. On a trip to a corporate-sponsored museum on America's most bombastic heroes, The Wrong Way Kids are given a chance to see what few before them have: the true story behind Hawk, the man who raised him, and the being who took him away to become a hero. No matter the cost. But what does all this have to do with their Father? Why is that mushroom talking? How could raccoons possibly prepare a Thanksgiving dinner? Who thought it was a good idea to give vampires guns? And, for fuck's sake, where did that old man go after he turned into a fox? The answers to all those questions and more, like where Helix Cola gets its unique taste, are tucked within these pages. I just have to wonder if you and The Wrong Way Kids can even handle the truth.
