What happens when the wrong person gets chosen as the world's hero? Jake is lazy, broke, and completely unqualified for anything remotely heroic. His biggest life goal is to sleep longer, eat more pizza, and avoid responsibility at all costs. Unfortunately, fate has other plans. After a mysterious portal appears in his room, Jake is dragged into a fantasy world filled with monsters, magic, ancient prophecies, and people who somehow believe he's the legendary hero destined to save them all. There's just one problem: They picked the wrong guy. Armed with zero combat skills, questionable intelligence, and an unlimited talent for making bad decisions, Jake must somehow survive deadly quests, angry kings, terrifying monsters, and his own terrible ideas. Will he save the world? Probably not. Will he accidentally make everything worse? Almost certainly. A comedy fantasy adventure packed with absurd situations, chaotic heroes, ridiculous monsters, and way too much bad luck.
