The Death of Adventurer Dane

The Story: As an adventurer, Dane must kill the demon king -- he cannot rest and return home until the great evil is dead, and the adventurer's guild won't let him give up and die.  As Dane finally nears the Demon King, in hopes of finally returning home from his extended transmigration, he's betrayed from within his party and the adventurer's guild, who have sworn to help him on his quest. He is forced to reincarnate as a weak fairy. Fairyland is realms away from the Town of Origins, where he must begin his quest again. And, since the Adventurer's Guild has blacklisted his soul, he doesn't have their resources anymore - the journey home has never appeared so steep. Expectations: This is a slow progression story. The magic system behaves like an economy, and ether (magic power) is not generated by the MC. He must find clever ways to earn ether to survive. This is LITRPG; there will be game elements. There will be action, nested stories, and wacky characters. This will be slow, but there will be at least one update every week -- sometimes more.
