The desert city of Los Muerda provides for all sorts of carnal sins from gambling and drugs to prostitution and gangs. Practically everything is legal. As such, it is no stranger to violence and suffering and yet little does anyone suspect that it is also festering with an ancient evil. As the citizens gear up to celebrate their city's 30th birthday, which conveniently takes place on Halloween, the creatures of the dark have begun to stir. They are planning something big. Something that will mean the downfall of the city. But a wrinkle has appeared in the vampires plans. A hunter has come.
