Shredded bodies in a nightclub, a city gripped by fear, and a group of emotionally repressed college kids caught in the middle of it all. Lily had a very reasonable plan for university: get drunk, get laid, and avoid emotional vulnerability. Simple. Achievable. And honestly more than she'd ever expected out of life. For Timon, BCU was nothing more than a brief reprieve from a future chosen for him the day he was born - a brutal one, and not one he was particularly looking forward to.  Then a demon tears through a nightclub, leaving a trail of guts on the floor and a city desperate for a scapegoat. A week later, the whole place goes straight to hell. What to Expect: - Conspiracies, politics, and supernatural factions at each other’s throats. - a complicated romance between two idiots who should really start therapy - Multiple POVs (so you can be mad at several people all at once) - A throwback to being young, wasted, and dumb. Plus demons. And violence. What NOT to expect: - Slice of Life / College Life. The story starts off innocently enough, but it turns pretty grim and violent after chapter 22. - a cozy Romantasy. Unfortunately, love does not conquer all  - lots off smut. You can expect like 3-4 sexy times in total. - OP MCs. People eat a lot of dirt in the beginning. Content warning: Young people growing up around a city drowning in sex and violence will swear. A lot. There will also be alcohol, drugs, and the occasional sexy time. If the thought of feelings leaves you itchy, this might not be the story for you. Since there are supernatural powers involved, the level of brutality will reflect that (explicit gore). Babylon City isn’t a pleasant place. Topics like prostitution, abuse, and domestic violence will be breached.
