My name is Siddharth Joshi. I'm twenty-one years old, and until recently, I thought the world made sense. People disappear. People die. Every mystery has an explanation if you look hard enough. At least, that's what I believed. Then I came across a missing-person case that should have been impossible. The man had disappeared in 1944. The problem? He was seen again last year. The deeper I dug, the worse things became. Old photographs. Forgotten records. People who hadn't aged a day. Cases that were supposed to be unrelated somehow connected to each other. And at the center of all of them was a file nobody was supposed to know about. CASE ZERO. I don't know what it is. I don't know who created it. And I definitely don't know why every answer seems to lead back to me. Maybe it's a conspiracy. Maybe it's something far older. Or maybe some mysteries were never meant to be solved. All I know is that I started with one missing-person case. Now I'm not even sure what's real anymore.
