Ren Akiyama was diagnosed Quirkless at four years old. The doctors were wrong. His Quirk does not explode, burn, freeze, erase, or shine. It does not make him a prodigy. It does not save him from pain. It remembers damage. Every injury Ren survives can become a small adaptation, every scar a lesson written into his body. But growth comes slowly, painfully, and never without cost. Armed with fragmented memories of a future he cannot fully trust, Ren enters U.A. through General Studies after failing to reach the Hero Course. From the wrong side of the classroom door, he watches Izuku Midoriya receive a miracle, Bakugo carve his path with raw talent, and Shinso rage against a system that judges people before they ever get to prove themselves.
