by Kevin Pondt
Serosh crafts magnificent brass prosthetics powered by a God's black blood. He may be the best to practice the craft. But there are laws, and Serosh's father shirked them and crafted a golem - a profane machine of ingenious design. For this, Serosh's father was executed, and Serosh carries with him a mark of religious shame that stifles his ability to provide for his family, and maybe more importantly to him, strangles his genius.
