Aurther was not born to greatness. His first memory was of his mother's smile. Born in a small cottage at the edge of a forgotten village, his world was once small and simple. But the world beyond was always moving. Kingdoms rose and fell. Wars were fought. Religions changed. History marched onward. When tragedy tears away the life he once knew, Aurther is forced to step into that larger world. He becomes an adventurer, a traveler, and a witness to history. From ancient ruins buried beneath the sands to distant lands beyond the sea, he journeys across a world shaped by countless generations before him. Along the way he will find friendship, love, loss, and the remnants of civilizations long forgotten. This is not the story of a chosen one. This is not the story of a hero destined to save the world. This is the story of a man. And the world he lived in. Where empires rise and fall. Magic flows in the air and gods once walked among humans
