In the cave's of the Cavern Tribe, there is an unknown threat, but Ruby only sees a nice person who can be a friend. In the dry deserts of the Oasis tribe a kid named Ghelic is chosen as the one to safe the island from calamity. Ruby hates what gems have done to her life, and wishes to destroy all of them, but doesn't tell Ghelic, letting him bring her to all the gems under the guise of just wanting to tag along. Ghelic wishes to fulfil his duty with Ruby, but doesn't know she harbors the very thing he must destroy. Will these two figure out how to save everyone when one of them can't even tell the truth?
