“Tell me… what do I need to do to become an alchemist?” At the age of two, after witnessing a golem brought to life by magic, a boy named Hermann made up his mind—he would become an alchemist. He studied tirelessly, learning how to shape the world around him. He ventured deep into the forest to collect magical materials, selling them to scrape together what little money he could. All the while, he offered prayers to the gods. And then, at last, the day of the star-bestowing ritual arrived. The day when one’s talents would be revealed. Would Hermann be granted stars for alchemy…?
