April vs. The Colors of the Rainbow

April Marquiz only wants to become special. On planet Ghallagas, this means forming a bond with a Mythical Animal and gaining power. When she encounters a mysterious, rainbow-colored creature in the park on her eighteenth birthday, April assumes this is her lucky shot. But she quickly finds herself instead tethered in an unstable bond to a pet that nobody truly understands. Worst of all, his powers seem to shift as randomly as his colors. Thus begins her unpredictable adventure in which she finds herself tangled in planetary conspiracies and love-life drama, all while striving to uncover how to harness her Mythical Animal’s true potential, before it’s too late and she loses everything about her previous, average life.
