Through Purgatory

Through Purgatory follows Reinhardt as the war he ignited spreads beyond control, dragging nations, guilds, and civilians into a grinding conflict where every victory demands a heavier price. As Duzee fractures, Ental rises, and old powers maneuver in the open, Reinhardt and Antana move through a world obsessed with judgment-courts, councils, and battlefields all trying to decide who deserves to live, rule, or be erased. Antana struggles to hold Reinhardt to a fading human standard while he becomes something the world increasingly fears rather than understands, and each compromise pushes him further from mercy. When that final restraint is broken, the cost is absolute, and what remains of Reinhardt steps forward not as a hero or tyrant, but as an instrument of judgment-leaving no path upward, only the descent that follows.
