He died destroying two hundred thousand soldiers with a single spell. He was reborn as a baker's son who can't feel mana. Baylen Schiller — the Absolute Knight, greatest mage in the history of the continent — sacrificed his life to end the war between humanity and the four great races. A thousand years later, his soul is given a second chance in the body of Leon Farmath, a newborn in a small town on the edge of a kingdom that didn't exist in his time. The world has changed. Mana has been fading for centuries, a slow decay tracing back to the wasteland Baylen left behind. Mages are rare. The old power systems are forgotten. And Leon — who once commanded forty thousand mana constructs and leveled an army alone — can't sense a single mana particle without cutting his own eye open. He has the knowledge of a legend and the body of a child. That will have to be enough. The Absolute Knight is a progression fantasy following a reincarnated warrior rebuilding his strength from zero in a world that has moved on without him — and learning, slowly, that the war he thought he ended may not be over at all.
