What happens when a stranded merchant is forced to survive by pretending to be a god among a village of devoted believers, knowing that if the truth comes out, he will be brutally killed? As he searches for a way to recover his belongings and escape alive, the lie only grows more dangerous. A story about what it means to be a god and what it means to be mortal. About the difference between who you truly are and who others believe you to be. And when faced with those two versions of yourself, which one do you think people would choose?
