Gaze

A college student named Aasta possesses a fairly weak magical ability, he can teleport to any place he's had a clear view of for five seconds (he's extremely near-sighted), and aside from that his physical ability is quite average. Still he decides to act a vigilante in his city, calling himself "Gaze" where he acts (illegally) alongside appointed knights and mages to defeat monsters. However in doing so, he discovers problems with how spirits have been behaving and tries to discover the root of this problem.
