Constable Tom Atkins interviews Craig Hawkes after he returns from a week-long disappearance, claiming he discovered a hidden settlement within Chantry Woods inhabited by mysterious beings invisible to ordinary humans. As Craig describes meeting a young girl named Efa and entering her enchanted village, his account becomes increasingly impossible to believe, forcing the police to question whether he witnessed something extraordinary or is suffering from a breakdown.
