Super Zero

Cass never knew she could stop time until a man pointed a gun at her grandma. In her world, one in a thousand people get super powers after experiencing a life or death situation. Cass had her chance years ago, but nothing came of it. Or so she thought.  Her whole life, everyone treated her like a zero with no ability to get powers; turned out, she just needed to save someone first.  Unwilling to follow the typical super route, she decides to fight crime on her own, even if it is against the law. Unfortunately, she has no fighting experience, barely understands how to use her power, and is constantly under threat of being found out. When every new use of her power brings her close to disaster, Cass is forced to do the unthinkable: seek out the help of others to learn to fight. But a mad scientist is turning her city into a battleground and the government is searching every corner of her neighborhood to find the secret vigilante they know is out there. Cass must decide what matters more: keeping her secret or saving the city- maybe even the world. What to expect: Slow but steady power progression, System tied to heroics and villainy, frequent action, coming of age, sarcastic MC, and witty banter.  What not to expect: Overpowered MC, Harem. Warning: Violence and darker tones present.  Release Schedule: Seven chapters on the first day, one chapter a day for the next two weeks. After the launch new chapters will be posted every Wednesday and Saturday.
