by Lost Paradise
Ethan Vale spent his entire life becoming what other people needed him to be. The reliable employee. The dependable friend. The man who always had everything under control. It was easier to wear the mask people expected than explain who he really was. Then he died. After waking in a world of ancient forests, monsters, and forgotten powers, Ethan discovers that his greatest weakness has become something far more dangerous. Reality believes what people believe. When strangers mistake him for a hidden master, he begins to gain the instincts of one. When rumors spread, reality adapts. When legends grow, so does the truth behind them. But belief is not always kind. The same power that can turn a nobody into a hero can just as easily transform him into a tyrant, a monster, or a god. Because every lie leaves a mark. And the more people believe Ethan is someone else, the harder it becomes to remember who he was. Reality Believes Me is a progression fantasy featuring a unique belief-based power system, identity-driven growth, misunderstandings, evolving legends, dangerous secrets, and a protagonist forced to navigate the terrifying line between who he is and who the world thinks he should be.
