For his birthday, Adam receives a clown puppet and a chilling note: Never anger it. He assumes it is nothing more than a cruel joke from his childhood friend and laughs it off. Then the puppet starts appearing in places it should not be. What begins as an unsettling mystery soon turns into a nightmare as the clown begins targeting him and the people he loves. No one is safe. The clown is always watching. And it never forgets a grudge.
