Big Wizard Krog Strong Magic Wizard

Krog is the greatest wizard who has ever lived.
He is quite sure of this. Nobody else is, but Krog has never let the opinions of smaller minds slow him down. He has the hat, the robes, the pockets stuffed with components, the unshakeable confidence of a creature who has never once suspected he might be wrong. He has everything a great wizard could possibly need.
He has, in point of fact, no magic whatsoever.
This has never once been a problem because the universe has taken a personal interest in Krog. It had meant to crown a real wizard, someone wise and powerful enough to save all of creation from a quiet doom no one has noticed approaching. That wizard tripped over his own robes and died. The light of destiny, being in something of a hurry, struck the next thing in line: a very large, very happy ogre, peeing into a stream.
Now, wherever Krog wanders, the world's problems quietly rearrange themselves to be solved, usually by accident, and usually leaving the grateful survivors begging him to move along to the next town as soon as ogre-ly possible. Far away, in a fortress made of several million trees, a cabal of squirrels who secretly run everything is watching all this happen and trying very hard not to panic.
Krog has not noticed any of it. He is far too busy becoming the greatest wizard who has ever lived.
