Millions of years have passed since humanity stood at the peak of civilization. The Earth that once nurtured life has become a graveyard of its own creation. Endless consumption, reckless expansion, and humanity's insatiable greed finally overwhelmed nature's resilience. Ecosystems collapsed. Oceans died. Continents shattered. The civilization that believed itself eternal vanished, leaving behind only ruins, forgotten technologies, and remnants of creatures that adapted to survive a dying world. A research-obsessed college student from the twenty-first century, Nova's life revolved around laboratories, scientific papers, and the pursuit of knowledge. Then, without warning, she dies—and awakens millions of years in the future. What is she going to do? Research, of course.
