Arakawa Ayame, a twenty-six year old hitman, a natural born assassin, sought revenge for her late twin brother. She worked as the bodyguard of Arakawa Akihiro, the current head and kumicho of the Arakawa Group, a well-known Yakuza group from the Kanto region. Along the way, she crossed paths with Viktor Borisovich Vasiliev who was the exact version of her- a psychopath, a narcissist. Viktor was the representative of a Russian mob syndicate who was lead by his father, Boris Vasiliev. This is not a love story as what others would expect. Blood-thirsty, bullet ridden peregrination, a collaboration bounded by two-opposing organizations. A match made in heaven? More like a partnership made in hell and went through hell.
