Astral Town, a large scale city twice the size of new york city has been under terror by a psychopathic killer by the name of Xeleratar-Screen. They have never been found, and don’t really plan to be… Meet Qaqo, Justin, Christopher, and various others as they form the alliance and push the bounds of what the authorities were ever able to legally do to bring justice.
