Soul land: Elder chronicles

When an ordinary soul from another world unexpectedly transmigrates into the body of the youngest Elder of the prestigious Shrek Academy, he finds himself thrust into a high-stakes world where he is already a formidable Level 50 Soul King. On the very day of disciple recruitment, he awakens a unique system that incentivizes him to discover and nurture extraordinary talent, promising him rewards both for the initial acceptance of gifted individuals and for every subsequent breakthrough they achieve. To aid in this endeavor, he gains the "Heavens Eye," a supernatural power that allows him to see through facades and discern the true hidden potential and statistics of any candidate he encounters. His journey begins when he identifies Ye Fan, a seemingly discarded applicant whose S+ potential and mutated Martial Soul have been suppressed by harsh circumstances. By choosing to mentor this overlooked talent rather than chasing conventional candidates, Lu Chen sets in motion a plan to build an elite, unmatched group of disciples, aiming to reshape the hierarchy of the entire Soul Land world through his strategic mentorship.
