Stranger from Another World

The story is about a young man named Kaito who thinks he has been teleported to another country, but in reality he is sent to another world. This world is technologically far behind ours. Just when things can't get any worse, young Kaito unexpectedly gets involved in a murder case and suddenly becomes a wanted man in the whole country. Another world, another country, and other people that he doesn't know, what will happen to Kaito next?
