Devil's Last Bride [fugitive vampire thriller]

Devil's Last Bride [fugitive vampire thriller]

ActionAnti-Hero LeadAttractive LeadFemale LeadHorror

A fledgling vampire evades a nationwide manhunt while desperately clawing out an existence free from her husband’s domination.  No one thinks Valerie Lynn Weaver will last long on the run: the police see a failed actress unravelling into a bloody rampage; the hunters see a lab rat they can dissect for answers; the vampire courts see a blood doll raised far above her station; and her husband sees nothing but a trophy, slipping out of his grasp.  Even Valerie knows she doesn’t stand a chance. But if those years under her husband's talons taught her anything, it was how to keep relentlessly moving forward without any hope at all. No matter what it costs, she isn't ever crawling back to that devil.  What to expect:  -Update schedule: TBD, will settle this over the next few updates.  -An extreme underdog protagonist.  -Thoroughly monstrous vampires with hard magic mechanics.  -Sudden and catastrophic violence.  -Street level feeding and the trials of actually surviving as a vampire.  -Deadly court politics hidden behind fanged smiles, and a brewing blood war.
