The Sealed names

In Thermyl, the past still shapes everything: long ago fox spirits existed, some could travel between worlds and use powerfull magic. That power scared other people, and it led to a war. The fox spirits were winning and the losers were contained in a place they couldn't ascape. From chaos, the kingdom your starting in was born. A figure remembered as "the Protector" ended the war in a drastic way: he managed to seal the fox spirits into a book by binding them trough their names. After that, the Protector become a royal title passed down through generations, and the royal family's special "protection" is tied to the same book- using the power sealed inside.
