Reality did not end. It was recorded, corrected, and repeated — until the systems built to prevent catastrophe became the catastrophe. Somewhere inside a sealed archive facility, a construct wakes up. No name. No memory. No record of what happened to the world outside or the people who built it. Only a designation: Construct 7A. The archive still runs. The doors still lock. The records still correct themselves when no one is watching. And somewhere in the static, a voice he doesn't recognize speaks like someone who has been waiting a very long time. The Warden is what remains when protection is turned into a person.
