In a world where strength is determined by conviction, every skill is born from the deepest desires hidden within a person’s heart. Beastkin awaken powerful abilities naturally through instinct and purpose, while humans—plagued by doubt and indecision—have become one of the rarest races left alive. Blake is nothing special. He spends his days helping his mother run a small inn near the adventurer’s guild, serving wandering mercenaries, exhausted travelers, and broken people chasing dreams they may never reach. Unlike the heroes in the stories, Blake has never awakened a skill of his own. But after encountering a dying old elf in a dark alley, Blake inherits a mysterious claw-shaped pendant tied to an ancient forgotten legend. That night, seven shadowed figures appear before him in a dream.
