In this first part of a series, the reader gets to know Freddy Falco, the legendary special agent from the Scythian Secret Service. He goes after the kidnappers of his multilingual translator, Sandra Fomina who was abducted from a vaccination centre in Brushtown. The search for her uncovers a conspiracy in which the government deliberately infects its people with a deadly virus: the Equalizer. Who is behind the development of the vaccine, and will Falco be on time to save Sandra?
