[Volume one complete, Volume two launch September first!]A fatigued surgeon. A fantasy world that desperately needs modern medicine and a lesson in ethics. Sam was a surgeon on the brink of burnout, just trying to keep her patients alive and her personal life from imploding. But after signing up for an experimental AI "therapy" roleplay, she finds herself violently dropped into a world of lethal magic, monsters, and a ruthless bureaucracy with a literal body count.Armed with nothing but a talking bat, a sword she barely knows how to wield, and an absolute refusal to let her patients die, Sam must navigate a new reality. If she wants to find a way home, she’ll have to use her medical expertise to fight both magical plagues and corrupt systems.Sometimes, making a cruel world a little kinder requires a scalpel.Updates Tuesdays and FridaysWhat to expect:Portal Fantasy/IsekaiFantasy World with MonstersStrong sarcastic female leadNo RomanceWeak to strong (slow burn)Dark humor with a medical flare and graphic medical detailSystematic and Psychological Horror
