A Certain Lycoris of Fate

Ashra Rabel is an ordinary, socially-awkward teenager, who, after a series of traumatic events in his life, succumbs to a spiraling depression. He ends up living in his school’s dorms, where he spends countless days and nights consuming stories of grandeur, his heart yearning to be released from his prison, and to be gifted a second chance at life—in a world with swords and magic, where he can become a Hero and forge genuine, more meaningful bonds, not unlike the stories he reads.  One day, on his way back from a trip to a convenience store, his life is changed. Suddenly, he awakens as… a baby?! “Congratulations, King Regius, Queen Eslin. The Prince is a healthy boy!” It turns out he was reborn… summoned?—as the only heir to one of five influential kingdoms---Seraphis Eltath Verlice. Yet, unbeknownst to him, a storm brews behind the curtains, concerning matters far more divine and profane than himself, threatening to destroy this new world of his—leaving him questioning the reason for his rebirth, and just what role he'll be forced to play in his new life.
